These terms are a legal agreement between you and Eye To Ad Media, headquartered in Denver, Colorado ("we", "us"), which operates allofus.one. By using allofus.one you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use allofus.one

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms with you. Children under 13 may explore only with a parent or guardian and may not create an account.

2. Your account

Keep your login safe and accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the Community Rules.

3. The Community Rules are part of these terms

allofus.one is family friendly with no exceptions. No adult content, profanity, harassment, hate, scams or anything illegal.

4. Your content

You own what you post (messages, posts, images, links, home designs). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share it inside allofus.one so the service works. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove any content at any time.

5. Our content

allofus.one, its 3D world, code, characters, art, text, designs, logos and names are © 2026 and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Original artwork by Zachary Tye Wennstedt is used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or rehost the site or any part of it without written permission.

6. Global Match, links and other people

Global Match is for posting items and services you have or need. No money changes hands on allofus.one. Any deal, meeting, payment or trade you make with another person is between you and them, at your own risk. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.

7. Tools are educational

Lifeboard tools such as the money calculators, trackers and reminders are for general education and personal organization. They are not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Reminders may not fire if your device, browser or calendar does not deliver them.

8. Assumption of risk and release

allofus.one is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, you use allofus.one at your own risk and release Eye To Ad Media, its owners, team and partners from claims arising from your use of the site, your content, or your dealings with other users. Take breaks; VR and 3D can cause motion discomfort for some people.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

10. Changes, law and contact
